Paid services (token purchases and Premium subscriptions) are currently available only to U.S. residents outside of California, New York, Illinois, Iowa, Connecticut, Ohio, and New Jersey. If your profile's US State (residence) or location text indicates one of these states, you can still browse and use free features, but you won't be able to complete purchases until we expand service.
Listed prices are platform fees. Where required by applicable law, sales tax or other taxes may be added at checkout. See our Terms of Service for details.

- Date Seekers: Send requests for FREE - 1 token charged only when date companion accepts
- Date Companions: 1 token charged when you accept a request
- If request is declined or cancelled, no tokens are charged
- Winks (companion → seeker interest signals) do not use tokens
- Free companions: 3 winks per rolling 24-hour period · Premium companions: unlimited winks (fair-use daily limit)
Date companions can send a wink to let an opt-in date seeker know they are interested. A wink is not a date request and does not open chat. Date seekers review winks in their inbox and send a date request only if they choose.
Winks are included at no token cost. Premium adds unlimited winks for companions (subject to fair-use limits) plus advanced filters on Browse Date Seekers. See Premium benefits below.

Platform fees (tokens/subscriptions) are charged for access to features only. In-app chat is for logistics planning only and must not be used to negotiate money, gifts, allowances, or services. Any lawful personal arrangements are made independently and directly between users off-platform. WannaDate? does not arrange, broker, or handle any funds between users—we only facilitate connections.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available in the following forms:
- Refund to the original credit card (processed within 5-10 business days)
- Token balance credits (instant)
- Premium subscription extensions (instant)
Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the circumstances. Token and premium refunds may be considered for documented no-shows, platform errors, or fraud; changing your mind, blocking the other party, or disagreements in chat typically do not qualify. See our Refund Policy for full criteria. The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties. Buying tokens or Premium gives you access to tools and features only—it does not guarantee that any request will be accepted or that any date will occur. Users are solely responsible for their content and interactions. WannaDate? is a platform, not a publisher—we facilitate connections but do not create, edit, or control user-generated content.
