Model Release and Content Upload Agreement

Agreement Overview
By uploading content to WannaDate?, you agree to the terms outlined in this Content Provider Agreement.

This agreement applies to all content you upload to the WannaDate? platform, including but not limited to profile pictures, account photos, and any other images or media you provide. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement.

Age Verification Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to upload content to WannaDate?. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • All individuals depicted in your uploaded content are at least 18 years of age
  • You have verified the age of all individuals depicted in your content
  • You can provide proof of age verification if requested by WannaDate?

⚠️ Uploading content depicting individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

Consent for Depiction

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the person depicted in the content, OR
  • You have obtained explicit written consent from all individuals depicted in the content to:
    • Be depicted in the content
    • Have the content uploaded to and displayed on WannaDate?
    • Have the content distributed publicly on the platform
    • Allow the content to be viewed, downloaded, or shared by other users (if applicable)
  • You have the legal right and authority to grant the rights described in this agreement
  • No individual depicted in the content has withdrawn their consent

Important: If you are uploading content that depicts another person, you must have their written consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and you must immediately remove the content upon request.

Prohibited Content

You agree that you will NOT upload any content that:

  • Depicts individuals under 18 years of age
  • Depicts non-consensual sexual activity
  • Depicts violence, gore, or extreme violence
  • Depicts bestiality (sexual activity involving animals)
  • Depicts or promotes prostitution, escorting, or sexual services for payment
  • Depicts or promotes illegal drug use
  • Depicts or promotes alcohol abuse
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Is otherwise illegal, harmful, or violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

Uploading prohibited content will result in immediate account termination, removal of all content, and may result in reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Rights Granted to WannaDate?

By uploading content to WannaDate?, you grant WannaDate? and its affiliates the following rights:

  • Display and Distribution: The right to display, distribute, and make your content available to users of the platform
  • Platform Use: The right to use your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the WannaDate? platform
  • Technical Processing: The right to store, transmit, and process your content as necessary to provide platform services
  • Moderation: The right to review, moderate, edit, or remove your content if it violates our policies
  • User Access: The right to allow other users to view your content in accordance with your privacy settings and account type

These rights are granted on a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free basis and continue for as long as your content remains on the platform.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant WannaDate? the rights described above. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have the legal right to grant the rights described in this agreement
  • The content does not infringe on the rights of any third party
  • You have the authority to enter into this agreement
Content Removal

You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us. However, WannaDate? reserves the right to:

  • Remove content that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or this agreement
  • Remove content that is illegal or violates applicable laws
  • Remove content that is reported by other users and found to violate our policies
  • Retain copies of removed content as necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform security

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WannaDate?, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your breach of this agreement
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights
  • Content you upload to the platform
Agreement Acceptance

By uploading content to WannaDate?, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Content Provider Agreement
  • You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • All content you upload complies with this agreement and applicable laws
  • You have obtained all necessary consents and permissions

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not upload any content to the WannaDate? platform.
