To be valid, your DMCA takedown notice must include the following information:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL, username, description)
- Contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Statement of good faith that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Statement of accuracy that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

A valid counter-notification must include:
- Physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court
Important: If you submit a counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. They may file a lawsuit to keep the content removed. If we receive a counter-notification and do not receive notice of a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WannaDate LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
